There are tailored approaches successfully applied to a specific problem, however they require parameter tuning and cannot be applied to another problem.               <p>Özden Özcan-Top received her bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering in Yıldız Technical University in 2005. She received her M.S. and PhD degrees from Information Systems in Informatics Institute of Middle East Technical University in 2008 and 2015 respectively. She worked as research assistant at the same institute during her Master’s and PhD studies. In order to obtain hands-on practice on the topics that she had been researching on, she worked at Fujitsu Technology Solutions as quality specialist for 2,5 years. She was involved in three scientific research projects as researcher and published more than 20 artifacts. Her research interests include agile software development, process assessment, software process improvement, software project management and software measurement and estimation.</p>
